What to Have Ready When You Call

A little preparation helps us help you faster. Before you call, try to have:

  • The full name, phone number, and email address on your application or account
  • A short description of what you need, such as a payment question or an update to your details
  • Your new bank information, if you are changing the account your payments come from
  • The date of your next scheduled payment, if your request involves a payment

For your protection, we may ask you to verify your identity before discussing your loan.

Timing for Payment and Account Changes

Some requests need a little lead time. Please contact us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment if you want to:

  • Change the bank account your payments come from
  • Change a payment date
  • Make an early or extra payment

That notice gives us time to put the change in place before your payment is processed. If money is tight this month, our article on what to do if you can't make a loan payment offers practical next steps.

Raising a Concern

If something about your loan or our service doesn't seem right, tell us. Call us, email us, or pick "Concern" in the form above, and share as much detail as you can. The more we know, the better our team can look into it.

If you are not satisfied after working with our team, you may file a dispute with the Tribe's Financial Services Licensing & Regulatory Commission. Our About page explains how the dispute process works.
